Using the Application
Sharing hotkeys
Hotkeys can be shared with users of the same PC or users in the network
and they can be stored in one of the three locations:
- Network Shared Hotkeys location
- PC Shared Hotkeys location
- My Personal Hotkeys location
Hotkeys that are stored in the Network Shared Hotkeys location is
accessible by all users in the network. This location is a shared network
folder configured in the Options dialog - Share page.
Hotkeys that are stored in the PC Shared Hotkeys location is accessible
by all log in users of the PC. This location is a folder in the PC.
Hotkeys that are stored in My Personal Hotkeys location can only be
accessible by the log in user himself. This location is a folder in the PC.
To configure which location to use to add or edit hotkeys:

Show the Options dialog.
- Select the Share page.
- Select the hotkey set to use and edit.
- Click OK to close the Options dialog and load the selected hotkey
set.
To configure the network location to store the shared network hotkeys:

Show the Options dialog.
- Select the Share page.
- Select to use the Shared Network Hotkeys.
- Select or enter the network location to store the shared network
hotkeys.
- Click OK to close the Options dialog and load the shared network
hotkeys.
To share selected hotkeys:
- Select the hotkeys to share in the hotkey list.
- Click the Share button to show the Share Selected Hotkeys dialog.
- Choose the location to copy the selected hotkey.
- Hotkeys copied to the Shared Network Hotkeys location will be
accessible by users in the network.
- Hotkeys copied to the PC Shared Hotkeys location will be
accessible by users of the PC.
- Hotkeys copied to the My Personal Hotkeys location is only
accessible by the user himself.
- Click OK to copy the selected hotkeys to the selected location.
