Converting between 2 units
Steps:
1. Select the type of
units you would like to convert. The list includes: Angle, Area, Capacity,
Energy, Force, Gourmet, Length, Light, Power, Pressure, Temperature, Time,
Velocity, Weight and Volume 2. Select the 2 units of the
selected unit type to convert, in the 2 unit combo boxes. 2. Enter the amount in one of the
edit box. 3. The conversion result will be
immediately displayed in the other edit box. |

Setting the decimal
places or significant digits
You can set the number of
decimal places or significant digits of the
conversion result by entering the number in the Decimal Places or Significant
Digits Edit Box. |

Selecting
more units types to convert
To select more unit types to convert:
-
Select the drop down
combo box of unit types.
-
Scroll down the list of
the units and select the last second entry which is "More units..."
-
The
Options dialog box as shown
will appear.
-
To select a
unit type which you want to be listed, click on the units to be selected in the
"Types" list and make sure the unit type you want to be displayed is
highlighted.

To Remove a
unit type from
the list, click on the unit type in the "Types" list until it is not selected.
-
To select all unit types to be listed, click on the "Select All" Button.
-
Click OK when you are
done with the selection.

Selecting more units to convert
To select more own
units to convert:
-
Select the drop down
combo box of unit types.
-
Scroll down the list of
the units and select "Add more units..."
-
The Options->Unit page
as shown
will appear.

Select the type of unit.
-
Select the units you want
to display for conversion.

Adding custom units
To add your own custom
units to convert:
-
Select the drop down
combo box of unit types.
-
Scroll down the list of
the units and select the last entry which is "Add custom units..."
-
The Options->Custom Unit
page as shown
will appear.

Press the Add button and
enter your custom unit name and value.
