| BePunctual Employee Time and Attendance Tracking Software System offers you much flexibility in the way it can be deployed. Some
possible options are: |

Option 1 |
Single group punch station with no network |
|
|
Choose this option if you do not have a computer network and all your
employees will punch in/out on one single computer.

Single group punch station with network |
|
|
Choose this option when you have a computer network and you want all
your employees to punch in/out on one computer, and you want to run the
BePunctual Server Time Attendance Software securely on another computer so as to prevent your
employees from accessing the Server software and the database.

Option 3 |
Multiple group punch stations across network |
|
|
Choose this option when you want to allow your employees to punch in/out
at several locations in your office.

Choose this option if all your employees have their own office computers
connected to the network and you want them to be able to punch in/out on
their computer at their convenience.

rest at Group Punch Stations |

Choose this option if not all your employees have their own office
computers. Those with computers can punch in/out at their own computer.

Option 1. Single group punch station
with no network
|
| |
| Choose this option if you do not have a computer network and all your
employees will punch in/out on one computer. Follow the following steps
to setup this solution:
Step 1: Setup the BePunctual Server software on the computer:
- Download the
BePunctual Server Time Attendance Software.
- Install the Server software on the computer.
- If asked by Windows Firewall software whether to block
BePunctual Server to accept connection from the Internet or a
network, answer Unblock so that the Server software can
accept punch in/out requests from the punch station software. Other
firewall software running in the computer may display similar
prompt. Make sure to allow BePunctual Server to accept network
connections.

- Run the Server software and go through its setup wizard.
- Add your employees into the Server software.
Step 2: Setup the Group Punch Station software on the same
computer:
- Download the
BePunctual Group Time Clock Software.
- Install the group punch station software on the same computer.
- Run the group punch station software and go through its setup
wizard.
- If asked by any firewall software to allow BePunctual Group
Punch Station to access the internet, answer Yes so that the punch
station software can connect to the Server software.

Option 2. Single group punch station
with network

| Choose this option when you have a computer network and you want all
your employees to punch in/out on one computer, and you want to run the
BePunctual Server Time Attendance Software on another computer so as to prevent your
employees from accessing the Server software. Follow the following steps
to setup this solution:
Step 1: Setup the BePunctual Server software on one computer:
- Download the BePunctual Server Time Attendance Software.
- Install the Server software on one computer.
- When asked by Windows Firewall software whether to block
BePunctual Server to accept connection from the Internet or a
network, answer Unblock so that the Server software can
accept punch in/out requests from the punch station software. Other
firewall software running in the computer may display similar
prompt. Make sure to allow BePunctual Server to accept network
connections.
- Run the Server software and go through its setup wizard.
- Add your employees into the Server software.
- Select the
Punch Stations
Page and note down the Computer Name and IP
Address of the computer. This information is needed for the
punch station software to connect to this Server software.
Step 2: Setup the Group Punch Station software on another computer
use for punching in/out:
- Download the BePunctual Group Time Clock Software.
- Install the group punch station software on the same computer.
- Run the group punch station software and go through its setup
wizard.
- In the Connection Settings Page, enter the Server software
Computer Name or IP Address and try to connect to the
Server software..
- If asked by any firewall software to allow BePunctual Group
Punch Station to access the internet, answer Yes so that the punch
station software can connect to the Server software.
- Once the punch software is connected to the Server software,
your employees can use it to punch in/out.

Option 3. Multiple group punch stations
across network |

| Choose this option when you want to allow your employees to punch in/out at

Punch Station to access the internet, answer Yes so that the punch
station software can connect to the Server software.
- Once the punch software is connected to the Server software,
your employees can use it to punch in/out.

Option 4. All employees punch in/out on
their own computer

Choose this option if all your employees have their own office computers
connected to the network and you want them to be able to punch in/out on
their computer at their convenience.

- Install the Server software on one computer.

- If asked by any firewall software to allow BePunctual Staff
Punch Station to access the internet, answer Yes so that the punch
station software can connect to the Server software.
- Once the punch software is connected to the Server software,
your employees can use it to punch in/out.

Option 5. Some employees punch in/out at
their own computer while the rest at Group Punch Stations
|

| Choose this option if not all your employees have their own office
computers. Those with computers can punch in/out at their own computer.
Those without computer can punch in/out at the group punch stations.

- Download the BePunctual Server Time Attendance Software.
- Install the Server software on one computer.
- When asked by Windows Firewall software whether to block
BePunctual Server to accept connection from the Internet or a

firewall software running in the computer may display similar

Troubleshooting
connection problem |

| The punch station software needs to connect to the BePunctual Server Time Attendance Software in
order to perform punching in/out, even for the case where the Server
software and the punch software is running on the same computer. In
the case where the punch software cannot connect to the Server software,
please check the following:

| 1. Make sure that the Server software computer is on |
| |
|
2. Make sure that the Server software connection settings is
correctly entered into the punch software
The Server software connection settings (Computer Name, IP
Address and Port Number) is displayed on its
Punch Stations Page.
Make sure that these settings are correctly entered into the punch
software Connection Settings Page.

| 3. Make sure that the BePunctual Server Service and its Port Number not
blocked by any firewall software
