For each employee, you can specify the following:

• Working and non-working days of the week.
• Full working days and half working days.
• Alternate week working day which the employee works on alternate week for that working day.
• Whether the employee can work overtime.
• Minimum and maximum OT hours for each working day.
• Whether the employee works flexi-time. And if yes, the number of hours to work.
• Reporting times and knock off times.
• 1st half knock off time when employee is on second half of the day leave.
• 2nd half reporting time when employee is on first half of the day leave.

You can save employee working days and hours settings into templates to apply on other employee. Overnight shift is supported.

Integrated and Comprehensive Payroll

For each employee, you can specify the following for their pay:

• Pay Type: Salary, Hourly or Daily Basis
• Pay Period: Monthly, Semi-Monthly, Bi-Weekly or Weekly
• Salary amount (for salary based employees)
• Working day pay per hour (for hourly based employees)
• Working day pay per day (for daily based employees)

You have the option to specify different pay for each day of the week.

If you are currently using a paper leave system, you can use BePunctual to record your employee approved leave. Finding and calculating leave would be much easier.

Holidays Support

Holiday can be paid or no pay. Employees can be paid at holiday rate if they come to work on a paid holiday.

Paid holiday hours can also be automatically credited to employees.

This report shows the days and times the employee works over a specific period to track the employee attendance. From the report, your can easily spot the days that the employee is absent or have forgotten to punch out.
